Villa Rossa Hotel

Project Villa Rossa was the renovation of the old (1907) and historical Villa Rossa building to a boutique hotel as well as the connection of the building with the hotel Rosanea and the cliff surrounding it.

A new landscape plan was drawn including  the main entrance, the outdoor areas and the connection with the cliff and the sea.

The main entrance was pinpointed by planning and planting and signals were drawn, too, according to the new character of the building.

A new door-entrance on the back facade of Villa Rossa joined the two building functionally giving a second way for Rosanea to reach the sea.

The new reception of the whole was placed in the ground-floor of Villa Rossa designed as a museum as well as small gallery-giftshop for visitors of Parga

The first floor of the building was transformed to a luxury hotel with precision of detail on furniture and lighting.

On the whole the goal was to pinpoint all interesting architectural elements of the historical building. Reclaimed material was treated carefully for new narration in space.
