This project was a complete renovation of a ground floor apartment in order to turn it into a working and residential space.
After tearing down some of the walls of the house an open plan and a closed space was created to house both uses.
The opening of the front façade was necessary for the improvement of the natural lighting and the one of the sitting area to the exterior space.
The green area shapes the boundaries of the space and increases privacy.
The materials in use are metal, wood for the furniture and the floors of the private area as well as concrete for the floors of the open space.
